Our self wash tubs are available for use until this Friday the 26th at 11. At that time we will be taking them out to go to their new homes!

From now until then, we also want anyone using the self wash tubs to be aware that there may be a longer wait time. Our large tub in the back has been moved to our new space so our groomers will be using the tubs in the lobby for all large dogs until we move.

We’ll have a few more items we’re trying to sell before we move. The first is this microwave, just $20 and the mini fridge for $40. Or you can take both for $50. They work great, we just won’t need them. The shelf in the fridge has a crack that was repaired with glue but is still useable. Keizer pick up at the salon. Hello everyone!

We’re selling a few things around the shop in preparation to move!

Our beautiful self wash tubs and the custom stands won’t fit at our new place. They would make a great outdoor bathing place or can be plumbed in! $175 each or $300 for both! They must be picked up the last weekend in June, by June 30th at the latest! ** both tubs currently pending**

Also, our new space needs a stackable washer dryer so we’re selling our current ones. They’re in great condition. One is about 6 months old, the other is about 1.5 years old. Also must be picked up the last weekend in June. $300 each or $550 total. Originally $1300

Hello everyone!
Here are a few important updates for you for our transition!

1. Our landline has been successfully ported into a cellphone so we can now accept text messages!

2. The construction on the main grooming portion is going well. Our last day in our current space will be Tuesday, June 30th (we will close early at 2:30). We will move straight into the new space and open there at 8 am on July 1st. Our regular schedule will stay the same at that time, but our walk ins will change.

3. Our addition (the lobby) won’t be complete by our move in date. So, for a short time we will go back to our Covid protocols for check in/out. When you arrive, send us a text or call us. We will come out to you, check your dog in, and take them with us. When you arrive to pick up, again you can call or text, we’ll come out to charge you out and bring you your pet.

Hello everyone! We have some exciting news to share!

We are moving!

Our current building has hit a point where it is definitely needing some things fixed and our landlord wants us to pay for the upgrades. Also, as you may be aware, It’s a Ruff life is a family business. That family is growing in September (Two of our owners are expecting the beginning of September!) As a result of these, It’s a Ruff Life is moving to a new home based location in South Salem late June or early July of this year (We’ll have a more specific date soon). We would love to have all of our wonderful clients come with us! A few things to look forward to at our new location:

~ Updated facilities!
~ Lower wait times to start. We’ll be able to take care of more dogs as our schedule can be more flexible!
~ A hybrid salon/home based environment
~ Parking will be better!
~ No more difficult school traffic!

Also as a result of this move, a couple changes are happening:
~ We’re getting a cell phone instead of our landline so we can text as well as call!
~ We will no longer be able to do walk-ins unannounced. We will, however, still be offering same day appointments for current walk in services. All you have to do is text us for a good time to come!
~ We will no longer be offering self wash or daycare services.
