Our move to our new Salem location wasn't about having a bigger or more beautiful salon. It was about creating a space that allows us to provide the level of care, comfort, and one-on-one experience we've always wanted for your dogs. We simply outgrew our previous space, and it could no longer support the quality of care we strive to provide every day.

To continue investing in that experience, supporting our team, and maintaining the level of care you expect from us, there will be modest pricing adjustments. Many of our newer clients will not be affected by these adjustments, as they are already paying our current pricing. Some long-time clients may see changes, while others may not, depending on their current grooming rate. If you have any questions or concerns about your dog's pricing, please don't hesitate to reach out to Sam directly. I'm always happy to answer any questions.

Please know this decision wasn't made lightly. Our commitment remains exactly the same: to treat every dog with patience, compassion, and individualized care.

We wanted to share a quick scheduling update with everyone.

At this time, both Sam and Sara are currently booked through August, and Madi is booking into mid-July.

We know waiting for appointments can be frustrating, and we truly appreciate everyone's patience and loyalty.
To help ensure you get the dates and times that work best for you, we strongly recommend booking your dog's next appointment before leaving the salon or scheduling several appointments in advance.

Location Update

Over the past few weeks, we've been sharing our new location details with clients during their appointments. Now that many of you have been updated in person, we're excited to officially share our new address with everyone!

New location will be:
📍 240 N Broadway, Unit E Salem, NH 03079

Construction is still underway, and we're working hard behind the scenes to get everything ready. While we're not quite open in the new space yet, we're getting closer every day and can't wait to welcome everyone in soon.

Thank you all for your patience, support, and excitement throughout this process. This move is a huge milestone for us, and we can't wait to share the finished salon with all of you.
