City trick-or-treating will be Saturday, October 31, from 6 PM to 8 PM!

Leave your porch light on if you’re handing out treats. Drivers: slow down and watch for little ghosts and goblins crossing the streets!

🚧 Salamanca drivers: Plan ahead for a temporary Front Avenue closure!

Front Avenue between Swan Street and Hancock Street will be closed to through traffic for water distribution system maintenance.

• Closure begins: Monday, October 5, at 8:00 AM
• Closure ends: Tuesday, October 6, at 4:00 PM

Emergency vehicle and local resident access will be maintained. Please allow extra travel time and use alternate routes when possible. Work is weather-dependent.
