*No Kill Glynn County reserves the right to refuse any adoption. When an adoption does not work out, it is an unpleasant experience for the pet and the adoptive family and can make placing the returned animal more difficult in the future. For this reason, we reserve the right to refuse any adoption that we feel is not in the best interest of the animal and/or the adoptive family. A refusal is not a judgement of the applicant, but instead represents our assessment that a particular pet might not do well in the environment offered based on our years of experience arranging successful adoptions. It is our goal to make the best possible placement for every animal and adopter.

We had a wonderful weekend of adoptions - for which we are truly thankful - only to “be blessed” … literally out of the blue - with two tiny, critically ill kittens who needed us. We rode home with them in our arms.

One female (L) and one male (R) with infected eyes, underweight, riddled with fleas and starving. There are two or three additional kittens on the property and several adults who need to be spayed/neutered.

We will do our best to get them healthy; it will be a long road. Without an intervention, they had zero chance of survival.

Just when we thought we were winding down …
