I’m back following Duckie. 🙃 All of our birds here are trained this way to go back in their cage. It’s been a long time since anyone has complained. If they don’t want to go in, they get extra time and usually by 5-7 minutes, they’re ready. Not rushing them builds trust and gives them the space to be autonomous. 💚💚

💬 Owner's Message: "🚨 LOST GREEN CHEEK CONURE – PLEASE HELP 🚨

My green cheek conure flew out of our back door Monday evening around dusk and has not returned. We are desperately trying to find him.

He is a beloved family pet and has a bird mate at home who has been calling for him. We have had his cage outside and have been searching and calling for him since he escaped.

🦜 PLEASE CHECK YOUR TREES, PALMS, ROOFTOPS, PORCHES & BACKYARDS. He may be frightened, staying quiet, or come down looking for food or people.

If you see him, PLEASE DO NOT CHASE HIM. Keep your eyes on him and call or message me immediately. If he approaches you, he is tame and may come to you for help.

Even if you only THINK you heard or saw a small parrot, please contact me. Any sighting could help us bring him home.

It’s been a busy summer here! So many fun, feathered kiddos have stayed with us. Equally enjoyed meeting all their parronts and making new bird friends.
