I want to sincerely apologize to anyone I wasn’t able to personally reach out to and get scheduled before my books filled up. I truly wish I had the time and ability to reach out to each and every one of you individually, but unfortunately that just wasn’t possible this time around.
I also want to be honest about something. While I completely understand that everyone is anxious to get their dogs back on the schedule, I have received some texts that have been extremely disrespectful and hurtful. I understand that people may be frustrated or disappointed, but I do not feel that it is fair or appropriate to speak to someone that way — especially someone who is postpartum and trying to navigate returning to work while also taking care of a newborn and a family. Many do not know what happens behind closed doors to a newly postpartum mother. It’s not always the same for everyone. Please know I am human.
I have always cared deeply about my clients and their dogs, and I have done my best to accommodate everyone I possibly can. My decision to only work Wednesdays from 9–5 is what works best for my family right now, and my family has to come first.
I appreciate the patience, kindness, and understanding from everyone who has supported me during this transition more than I can put into words. ❤️
For those who were able to get on my schedule, I truly appreciate you. And for those I wasn’t able to accommodate at this time, I am genuinely sorry. Please know it was never personal, and I hope you can understand that I am doing the best I can during a very big transition in my life.
Thank you for respecting my boundaries and for continuing to support Muddy Paws. 🐾❤️
