It was a big job and I had a helper for part of the time… but making dilly beans is a favorite of mine. Gloria and I can go through a pint at once sitting, so I’m making plenty (and I still didn’t get through all of the beans!)
Not pictured was the bone broth in the instant pot and the salsa that is simmering on the stove to finish tomorrow!

Honeyberries!

They are like blueberries but earlier and easier to grow in the Cities.

I was gifted two big bushes last year and transplanted them. They took fairly well but expect next year will be a big bumper crop!
