Ive been waiting for my certificate to come in the mail before I posted but here it is! Im officially Pet First Aid and CPR certified! Ive been wanting to be certified ever since I started my business but its hard to find someone in the area to teach the class

But, I went to an expo in August and took a few more classes about the wellness of dogs in my care as well as myself 🫶🏻 Continued education in this field in incredibly important and Im happy to be able to do so

One of my classes focused on senior dogs and better equipment for them. They recommended the trach saver instead of a grooming loop to remove pressure from the neck and reduce some stress during the groom. Im glad to implement that into my services 💚

Just wanted to post a courteous reminder that I have a cancellation policy. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment time you will be required to pay a fee of $30 per dog.

Lately I've had numerous people mentioning that they were never made aware of this policy.

I have mentioned this policy previously, but it is also written on the Terms of Service contract that clients are required to sign at the beginning of the year.

Please read the contract before signing as I will not argue over this policy, the fee is minimal and is equivalent to minimum wage for our state.

This is my career and last minute cancellations affect my income greatly. If they are not honored I am left with no way to recover the income from your appointment.

Please be respectful of my time and move your appointment beforehand so I can refill your slot or be willing to pay for the time slot that was secured for your appointment

Thank you!
