Forever swooning over these flowers! What a power packed group of beauties….Ranunculus, Peonies, Delphinium. Next up Campanula, Stock, Larkspur and Snapdragons. Bells of Ireland right around the corner. Yes. The answer is yes…..totally worth the effort of babying these beauties all winter to end up with these results 🥰

Loved having my garden helper this week and apparently the cat likes to “smell” the flowers 🤷‍♀️

Hold on. STOP. “Don’t get your Peonies in a bunch”….I will have enough for everyone 😂

Remember 3 years ago when I told you a major investment had been made?? One where I would have to resist cutting on it until year 3 😱….plucking EVERY bud that formed so that it could establish a good root system. GUESS WHAT FOLKS?
It’s time to start harvesting!!!!!!!

I’m embarrassed to admit that I misplaced my roadmap of what got planted where. So this is also a year of re-identifying them as they bloom 🤦🏼‍♀️

Gotta laugh about it…….because as methodical as I try to be, there are always humbling instances like this one that allow me to go easy on myself…lots of moving parts….constantly…..I can only do so much, right?!

Brace yourself. It’s Ranunculus season! This first batch has been beautiful but pesky. Waiting for the other 100 plants to start churning out the blooms!

I am not sure that I have pinched myself enough to know that everything happening right now is actually REAL.

But there was never a hesitation or doubt…..just an unwavering “feeling” that we were on to something really special!

Haystacks of Hope had the honor of going to Alyssa’s classroom for a “seed planting day.”
The very seeds that were planted in these grow trays will be planted at the farm this year…..How cool is that?!
And guess what?!! Two more local high schools have committed! That means that most of my summer flowers this year will have come from the love and effort of these Individuals to help start them!

AND it only gets better from here….stay tuned! The Grand Vision is slowly coming to life 🥰
