We introduced you to Jan earlier this week, now meet her sister, Marty!

Marty is a beautiful little spitfire who’s as sassy as she is sweet! She tends to overwhelm the other kittens with her tendency to play rough, and would be best suited as a playmate for an older male kitten or young male cat. She’s a bit of a diva and definitely likes to have things her way!

Marty loves to be cuddled and has the loudest purr! She’s inquisitive and wants to be part of whatever is going on. If you would like to meet her, please stop by the shelter any day of the week from 10am-2pm.

❄️ Meet Snow! ❄️

Snow is a sweet 4 year old Great Dane / Pit Bull mix who is ready to meet his new family! He knows some commands like sit, shake, and hi five! He’s house broken and hasn’t had any accidents in his kennel since he’s been here. He will need to work on leash training since he does pull.

Snow has lived with another female dog and hasn’t shown aggression toward the other dogs at the shelter, but a meet and greet with potential canine housemates will be needed to ensure compatibility. He also hasn’t shown aggression toward our shelter cats, but we do recommend supervising dogs and cats until it’s known how they will react to one another.

Snow is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and his adoption fee is $80. If you would like to meet him, please stop by the shelter. Our address is 980 Cheeseman Rd, St. Ignace, and our adoption hours are 10am - 2pm, seven days a week.

🐾🐾🐾 AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION 🐾🐾🐾

This sweet little girl is named Jan, and her favorite game is peeking around corners and waiting for the perfect opportunity to pounce! When she’s not practicing her hunting skills, she can often be found curled up somewhere cozy and warm.

Jan is 9 weeks old, has been started on vaccinations, and her $40 adoption fee includes her future spay surgery.

If you’d like to meet her, please stop by the shelter. Our address is 980 Cheeseman Rd, St. Ignace, Michigan. Our adoption hours are from 10am-2pm, and we’re open seven days a week!

Sadie Mae is a 2-year-old Cane Corso (born February 21, 2024) weighing 102 lbs. She is current on vaccinations and not yet spayed, but I am willing to schedule and pay for her spay.

Sadie is great with my older children and is incredibly loyal, loving, and protective of her family. She is a true Cane Corso and would do best with someone familiar with the breed. Once she knows and trusts you, she loves giving hugs and being right by your side.

Due to conflicts with my other female dog and food aggression toward other dogs, Sadie should be an only dog. She has lived with a cat most of her life but does enjoy chasing him.

She loves being included in family activities, following her people everywhere, and taking naps on the couch—hence the nickname “Potato.”
This decision is not being made lightly. I’m looking for the right home where Sadie can be someone’s loyal shadow and best friend.
