High-energy doesn’t automatically mean out-of-control.

When dogs have structure, exercise, clear expectations, and a relationship built on trust, they can absolutely learn how to settle and relax inside the home too.

The goal isn’t perfection—it’s teaching dogs how to switch between play time and calm time.

What most people see as “crazy energy” is often just a dog that hasn’t yet learned how to regulate itself.

These boys aren’t perfect, but they’re a great reminder that high-energy breeds can be wonderful house dogs when their needs are met 💙

We’re not a kennel. We’re a full-time home that opens its doors to a small number of families at a time- giving each guest real attention, real routine, and a real place in the family for their stay.

One of the greatest blessings through all of this has been building a life surrounded by family ❤️

We truly could not do any of this alone, and we are so incredibly grateful for every single person who has stepped in to help us in whatever way they can. Whether it’s dirt work, equipment, labor, advice, showing up last minute, or even something as simple and thoughtful as bringing over fresh eggs from their chickens for our puppies — every act of kindness means more than we can express.

Being able to build a home, a business, and a future with family close by is something we will never take for granted. Thank you to everyone helping us get back on schedule and continue moving forward. We are beyond blessed 🤍
