▪ If your pet passes away at home:
Call us to set up an appointment for you to bring your pet into our facility. Regular office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Special arrangements may be made for after-hours, weekends, and holidays (additional fees apply).

Call to arrange a time for us to come to your home and pick up your pet. This is referred to as a "home removal" (additional fees apply).
▪ If your pet passes away at a vet clinic:
Notify your veterinarian that you wish to have the Pet Cremation Center of Southern Utah care for your pet. We will pick up your pet from the vet clinic, or you may bring your pet directly to our office.
Many local veterinarians have contracts with wholesale cremation providers in Las Vegas or other out-of-town locations. You have the right to make final arrangements for your pet with any provider of your choice.
