Tri-County Humane Society (TCHS) is an independent, nonprofit animal shelter in St. Cloud, serving close to 5,000 pets each year. All pets are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and treated for known ailments prior to adoption. Thanks to community support through donations and volunteerism, there is no time limit for adoptable pets at TCHS. Each pet is given a high standard of care and love

Thanks to a generous donor, one of our longest-stay cats has had her adoption fee fully sponsored!*

Nimbus is an almost 2-year-old spayed cat who has been at Tri-County Humane Society on and off since April. She may take some extra time to warm up to her new people and environment. She has lived with other cats and was very selective about whom she liked. Nimbus may prefer to be a solo kitty in her new home. She lived with a mid-sized dog and did well with him.

Chunky and P***y are two male 1-year-old Peruvian guinea pig besties who just arrived at Tri-County Humane Society. They are required to go home together and qualify for our BOGO for Besties deal. This duo will require extra routine maintenance to keep their long, beautiful coats healthy and clean.

Victor (left) and Vernon are totally in step.

These 3-month-old neutered brothers came to Tri-County Humane Society as part of an outdoor litter. They went to foster care for socialization (thank you, TCHS fosters!). Vernon was described as the most outgoing of the group; Victor is still working on his confidence.

Orin is 22 pounds, but at least 15 of those pounds are due to his ears.

This 1-year-old neutered mixed breed pup came to Tri-County Humane Society as a transfer from another facility. We're still getting to know him, but so far, we're charmed! Pictures can be deceiving, but Orin is smaller (except for those ears), a "low-rider" dog.

Baby is nearing the one-month mark at Tri-County Humane Society - she wants a home ASAP!

This 4-year-old spayed cat lived with other cats and did well. She was not around dogs or young children in her previous home.

Baby enjoys being groomed with a glove brush. She enjoys the attention to be on her at all times!

Some dogs aren't cooperative during our photo shoots. Walter, on the other hand - he was like, where's my light and get my best angle!

Walter is a 5-year-old neutered mixed breed pup. At only 25 pounds, he's a perfect mini pup. Meet this sweet man at Tri-County Humane Society!
