POV: you have no idea why everyone keeps calling it the “cone of shame” when you’re clearly the cutest patient in the building 😂🐶

But for real, the cone has an important job! It helps keep pets from licking, chewing, or messing with their incision/wound while they heal. We know they give you those sad eyes and act like their whole life is ruined 😂 but keeping the cone on can help prevent infection and delayed healing!

He may not be happy about it… but he’s still pretty cute in it 🥹🐾💙 ❤️
