I would like everone to met our new shop kitty Barbara!! AKA....Barbara Ann, Barb, Barbie.......
We found her in our bushes about a month and a half ago at approximately 3 weeks of age and only weighing 1.1 lbs!!!! She is a spicy little nugget and brings so much laughter and joy to our day! Please watch for her as you come in as we are trying to teach her to not go in the lobby by the door!
She was ment to be ours because not showing in these pic's she has a Golden Paw!!!

Yesterday we had a very scary accident happen at the shop. One of our elderly customers accidently hit the gas instead of the brake and drove her car into our building! I am beyond thankful that everyone is ok! The driver, my staff and the animals in our care! It is just a building and just a car! Those things can easily be fixed! Now, having thought about it ALL night and also knowing that everyone is ok i would like to take a minute to tell you how unbelievably proud I am of my employees! While I was outside talking to 911 and comforting our client, my employees were inside moving the dogs to a different place in the building and holding and comforting each dog! I came inside to see them holding, rocking and speaking softly to each pet! Even though the dogs were not hurt it was a loud experience and shook the building! I always knew that I was lucky to have such amazing people working with and for me but yesterday really drove that point home! This is just a thank you post to everyone who works for me! You guys are truly the best!

Please excuse the boarded up building when you come for your next appointment. We are still up and running but will have some obstacles to work around as the building gets repaired.

And.......were done! Would like to give a huge thank you to all of our wonderful customers for the kind words, gifts, cards and treats. Also, thank you to my amazing staff! We hit a few "bumps in the road" but you guys are truly amazing and everyone rallied to help out! Happy holidays and Merry Christmas to all!!!
