DAKOTA’S LAW ON CHRONICLE TONIGHT
Our police K9s serve with loyalty, courage, and heart. When their service ends, too many are left without the care they have earned.
That is why I authored Dakota’s Law and worked alongside Representative Steven Howitt and colleagues on both sides of the aisle on Beacon Hill. It ensures retired police K9s receive the medical care they deserve and recognizes them as true partners in law enforcement. It is the right next step following Nero’s Law.
Tonight, please tune in to Chronicle on WCVB Channel 5 Boston. The show begins at 7:30, and Dakota’s Law will be featured in a special five minute segment at the end of the program. Chronicle is one of the most widely watched shows in New England, and this is an important opportunity to highlight this effort and the incredible work being done by James LaMonte at the K9 PTSD Center.
If you can, please watch, share, and continue to support Dakota’s Law. And consider signing up for the Canine PTSD license plate, which helps fund this important work.
God bless our police officers, their K9 partners, and the communities they protect.
