It's Senior Saturday ❤️ And we would love to introduce you to the lovely Beatrice! 🥹

At just 7 lbs and 9 years young, this tiny Mini Poodle may technically be a senior... but in Poodle years, she's practically still a baby 🥹

Beatrice was rescued from a dog meat breeder in East Asia who was preparing to sell her to a slaughterhouse. 💔 After spending so much of her life being used for profit, this sweet girl deserves to finally know what it feels like to be someone's whole world. ❤️

Our wish for Beatrice is simple... A warm bed, gentle hands, a loving family, and a lifetime of knowing she is safe, wanted, and cherished 🙏🏽

She may be tiny, and she may be a little older... but she still has so much love left to give ❤️
Senior dogs aren't finished living... They're just waiting for someone to make their remaining years the very best ones. 🐾

Meet Chip! 🥹❤️🐾 This teeny tiny survivor has a BIG story to tell. 💔

Chip is just 2 years old and weighs only 7 pounds. We rescued him, along with many other innocent dogs, from a dog meat breeder in East Asia who was selling them to slaughter. 💔

It's heartbreaking to imagine that someone could look at this precious little boy and see nothing more than a way to make money. But today, Chip is SAFE. ❤️ And now, we want to give him something he's probably never known... A family of his very own.

Our Holiday wish for Chip is simple. We want this little boy to spend the holidays surrounded by love, warmth, and people who will cherish him for the rest of his life. ✨❤️

He's only 7 pounds... But he deserves a whole world of love. 🥹

Update on Beethoven 🙏🏽 At just 8 months old, this beautiful Golden Retriever has already endured more than most dogs will in a lifetime.

Beethoven was dumped in the parking lot of our Beijing shelter, suffering from uncontrollable seizures. 💔 After emergency brain surgery, our brave little boy is recovering and learning to navigate life with impaired vision and hearing.

His world may look and sound a little different now, but his heart is just as beautiful. ❤️ And we will walk beside him every step of the way until we find a family who will continue that walk with him. 🥹

Sadly, some people will only see his differences. But the right person will see his heart. ❤️

But despite suffering at the hands of humans, Bonfire hasn't lost his love for them. 🥹❤️

Bonfire has seen the worst of humanity, but he still believes he'll find the best in you. And maybe that's the most beautiful thing about dogs... Their incredible ability to love, forgive, and trust again. ❤️

So stop putting your happiness on hold. Stop waiting for everything to be perfect before you allow yourself to enjoy the life you have.

Go live your best life, whatever that looks like for you. It doesn't have to make sense to anyone else.

Life is short, tomorrow isn't promised, and the little moments often turn out to be the ones that matter most.

Don't spend so much time waiting to live that you forget to actually live. ❤️

Meet Lila, one of our tiniest survivors 🥹💕 Lila is a 7-year-old Pomeranian who was rescued from an unimaginable fate in East Asia. She and 16 other Pomeranians were no longer wanted by their breeder, so instead of finding them loving homes, he planned to sell them to a butcher for their meat. 💔

Today, Lila and her 16 little friends are safe at our Beijing shelter. But being safe isn't the same as being home. 🥹

After spending her life being used for breeding and nearly losing her life when she was no longer profitable, Lila deserves to know what it feels like to be someone's cherished little girl. A warm bed, gentle hands, and a family who will love her for the rest of her days. ❤️
