We are proud to be a Cat Friendly Practice. We have an exotic doctor on staff full and are happy to provide wellness and sick care for reptiles (snakes, lizards, bearded dragons, etc.), amphibians (e.g. turtles), pocket pets (rabbits, Guinea pigs, ferrets, hamsters, rats, mice, etc.), and birds to name a few! Laser therapy is a great non-invasive tool we use to help in many different situations from post surgery healing to inflammation. Bowden gets laser therapy to help reduce inflammation in his elbow and knee joints which helps improve his mobility.

Bruno wanted you to know that tomorrow is National Bring Your Cat to the Vet Day. Since its not always their most favorite activity, cats need the reminder more than anyone. 😉

Cats are seen by a veterinarian far less often than dogs, and they are experts at hiding illness until it is advanced. It is important for all cats, especially indoor only cats to be seen by a veterinarian at least once a year.

Early Disease Detection Bloodwork is an important part of their annual visit to help catch early signs of chronic kidney disease and thyroid issues amongst other things.
