This last month has been an absolutely amazing, feeling, seeing all our hard work get recognized at Neighborhood BarK Bar & Boutique ...
We were nominated for best business of safety harbor as well as best of the bay for 2026 and even though we didn't win , we got nominated by so many of our amazing customers and tonight was the awards ceremony , and I wanted to take this time to THANK our incredible community and our amazing staff for helping turn this crazy little dream into what it has become today, and for helping us build a community that is filled with love, laughter, friendship, and a whole LOT of dogs.
When we started this, we wanted to create a clean safe place where dogs could run, play, make friends, and just be dogs… and somehow, along the way, we also created a place where their humans come to make friends, hang out, laugh, and occasionally complain about how much money we spend on our dogs.
Because let's be honest… These dogs have better social lives than most of us!
They have playdates, birthday parties, pool days, photo shoots, and so many treats.
And somehow, we've created this little piece of paradise where you can walk in not knowing anyone, and suddenly receive so many kisses from all the dogs and leave knowing someone's dog's entire life story—including what they ate, what they p**ped, and why they are currently on the naughty dog list for stealing another dog's ball or hu***ng.
To our amazing staff— Thank you.
You put up with barking, jumping, zoomies, wet paws, and crazy dog parents, And honestly, I'm not sure which one is the hardest.
You guys work your butts off to keep our place clean, and make sure our dogs are safe, happy, loved, and having the absolute best time. You are a HUGE part of why this place feels so special, and we appreciate you more than you know.
And to our COMMUNITY…
YOU GUYS ARE THE MAGIC. ❤️
Thank you for showing up, supporting us, bringing your friends, bringing your dogs, and continuing to believe in what we're building.
Because this isn't just a dog park.
It's a place where people come together.
It's where friendships happen.
It's where dogs find their best friends.
It's where we celebrate birthdays, holidays, adoptions, new friendships, and probably way too many occasions involving treats.
It is truly my happy place.
And I absolutely LOVE that.
I wanted to create a place where people could disconnect from all the craziness of the world for a little while and just be HAPPY.
Where your biggest problem for the day might be figuring out whose dog just stole your drink or helping your dog choose his treat from our B***r Bar or why your dog suddenly has 14 new friends and refuses to come home.
So from the bottom of my heart…

Here's to more years of building friendships, more memories, more happy dogs…

Because apparently, THIS is what happiness looks like.
