Nate here with some big news:
Leann and I started Litterbox Refresh in March 2024 with a simple goal: make life easier and cleaner for local cat owners. Since then we’ve been blown away by the support, growing to 40+ amazing customers who believed in what we were building. We’re so grateful to each of you for being part of the journey.
We are excited to share that our litterbox cleaning services in Chico are now in the hands of and their owners, Ben and Ben. That’s right… two Bens. Double the Bens means double the commitment, and we could not have imagined a better team to carry this forward. They are dedicated to taking the concept even further, and we are confident Chico will be in great hands.

As for us, we have moved to Sacramento to focus fully on cat tree restoration under our new brand, Scratch Again. We are still in Chico every Thursday, so if your cat tree needs to be restrung, we can still help.

This solid wood cat tree was about to be tossed, but we saw its potential.

Now it’s had a glow-up: most of the carpet has been replaced (including all the perches), the scratching posts have fresh 3/8” manila rope, and it’s been deep cleaned with an enzyme soak.

It’s sturdy, fresh, and ready for its next adventure. 🐾
