It's with a heavy heart that the Pat's family had to say goodbye to our beloved Orion. Many of you met him with his brother, Orpheus, outside as our guardians. They were part of a group of cats dumped in the area about 7 years ago. The boys were bonded and never really wanted to be house cats. They sure ate great, had lots of cat trees, and loved chasing the squirrels. We lost Orphues last year and decided Orion needed to retire and come into the kennel. Oh, how he came to love this. He turned into a completely different kitty where pets and love was always wanted. He will be dearly missed.
