One of our favorite things at TEAM Bradshaw is receiving updates from our alumni and seeing the before-and-after transformations made possible through donor support. ❤️

Last year, Maisie entered Bradshaw Animal Shelter as a “final plea” dog suffering from severe skin issues that left her struggling to stand on her own. TEAM stepped in to help fund the medical care needed to begin treatment and support the path toward adoption.

Today, Maisie is thriving in a loving home. Her story is a reminder of why TEAM plays such a critical role in helping shelter animals with medical needs beyond the shelter’s normal capacity or resources.

Skin-related medical cases like Maisie’s are becoming increasingly common in the shelter environment and often require ongoing treatment to improve comfort, quality of life, and adoptability. Without additional support, many of these animals face an increased risk of euthanasia.

Donations to TEAM can be designated for “skin issues” in the donation description to help future shelter animals receive the medical care they need — just like Maisie did.

Oreo, a 5-year-old dog was an owner surrender, struggling to breathe after a foxtail became lodged deep in her nose—a painful and potentially life-threatening condition that requires specialized care to safely remove.

The procedure needed? A rhinoscopy at a specialty veterinary clinic—something beyond the shelter’s available resources.

That’s where TEAM stepped in.

Because of donor support, TEAM approved funding for Oreo’s procedure, ensuring she received the urgent care needed to remove the foxtail and relieve her pain. ❤️‍🩹

This wasn’t just about treatment—it was about giving Oreo a real chance. Without this intervention, her condition could have worsened, impacting her health and her ability to be adopted.

This is what your donations make possible.

TEAM exists to bridge the gap—funding critical medical care that shelters can’t always cover, so dogs like Oreo don’t fall through the cracks.

And right now, your impact goes even further.

💥 All donations are matched today for —dollar for dollar—up to $50,000 up until midnight.

Every dollar you give helps unlock that match and directly funds life-saving care for animals who need it most.

Messy is a 4-month-old kitten who arrived at Bradshaw Animal Shelter with a persistent head tilt caused by a middle ear polyp. After an initial procedure failed to resolve the issue, specialists determined Messy needed advanced diagnostics and surgery beyond the shelter’s available resources.

TEAM stepped in to help fund the specialized care needed, including a head CT and a complex ventral bulla osteotomy surgery. Without this intervention, Messy’s condition could have continued to worsen and impacted his quality of life and adoptability.

Because of TEAM donors, shelter animals like Messy are able to receive critical medical care that gives them a real second chance. These are the cases that often fall outside normal shelter capacity, but they matter. Every successful outcome is only possible because our community chooses to step up for animals in need.

Today is , and donations to TEAM are currently being matched dollar-for-dollar up to $50,000. Every donation helps unlock that match and directly supports future medical cases like Messy’s.

The more we raise, the more shelter animals we can save.

Please donate today. Your gift could be the reason the next shelter animal survives and gets a second chance.

Meet Maisie. 💕

Last year, Maisie was a “final plea” dog at Bradshaw Animal Shelter, facing the very real risk of euthanasia. Final pleas are issued when an animal’s medical or behavioral needs exceed what the shelter can provide and time is running out. Maisie's severe skin allergies had progressed so far that she could barely stand on her own. Without fast intervention, she would not have had a chance.

Because of donor support, TEAM Bradshaw approved funding to cover Maisie's urgent medical care and support the rescue that stepped forward to help her. With veterinary treatment and medication, Maisie began improving quickly. She was able to stand, walk on her own, and comfortably explore her new environment. Today, she has the chance at the healthy, stable life she nearly lost.

This is exactly why TEAM exists. When the right help arrives at the right moment, everything can change for a shelter animal in crisis. Stories like Maisie's are only possible because donors believe these animals deserve care, treatment, and hope.

Today is , and the opportunity to unlock matching donations from the Brunson Foundation of up to $50,000 ends at midnight tonight. Every dollar donated today is matched, doubling your impact and allowing TEAM Bradshaw to continue supporting urgent, life‑saving cases like Maisie's.

Please donate today. Your gift could be the reason the next final plea animal survives and gets a second chance.

Meet Sharkie. 🦈

Sharkie is an 8-year-old shelter dog who needed more care than the shelter could provide alone. After battling kennel cough, she was diagnosed with a torn ACL requiring a surgical consult and likely TPLO surgery. As a senior dog with medical needs and rescue-only placement requirements, her future was uncertain.

TEAM stepped in to approve funding support for an approved 501(c)(3) rescue willing to pull Sharkie and provide the medical care she needs. This is exactly how TEAM helps save more shelter animals — by funding critical care beyond shelter resources and helping rescues say YES to dogs who still deserve a chance.

Because of donor support, Sharkie now has a path forward. 🩵

Today is and we have until midnight tonight to help unlock up to $50,000 in matching donations. Every dollar donated goes twice as far to help more shelter animals receive the medical care, rescue support, and second chances they deserve.

Please consider donating today. Every dollar matters. Every dollar helps unlock the match.

Meet Hebert. 🐈

TEAM works closely with Bradshaw Animal Shelter to help fund critical medical cases like this, providing a safety valve that allows more shelter animals to receive the care they need and the second chances they deserve.

So many other shelter animals face these same challenges. The more support TEAM can raise, the more lives we can save and the more happy endings we can help create.

Today is , and TEAM Bradshaw is working to unlock a matching donation of up to $50,000 before midnight tonight. Every dollar donated will be matched, doubling the impact for shelter animals in need. 💛🐾

Please donate to TEAM Bradshaw so we can continue saving lives together.

Meet Tucker ❤️‍🩹

At just 14 weeks old, Tucker arrived at Bradshaw Animal Shelter with a fractured femur — a painful orthopedic injury requiring specialized surgery and recovery care beyond the shelter’s normal medical resources. Cases like these place a significant strain on shelters already caring for hundreds of animals in need.

Because of donor support, TEAM Bradshaw stepped in to help fund the critical medical care Tucker needed. Your donations made his surgery, recovery, and second chance possible.

Today, Tucker is fully healed, no longer in pain, and adopted into a loving home. 🫶🏼

This is why TEAM exists. We work closely with Bradshaw Animal Shelter to help bridge the gap for urgent medical and specialized care cases that might otherwise be difficult to fund, giving more shelter animals a chance at recovery, adoption, and a better future.

Tucker’s story is one of many. The more support TEAM receives, the more lives we can help save together.

Please consider donating to TEAM Bradshaw on so we can continue giving animals like Tucker the second chances they deserve.

Meet Clifford 🐾

Clifford is an 8-year-old shelter cat who came to Bradshaw Animal Shelter suffering from lameness in his right front leg. After evaluation, the recommended treatment was a full amputation of the leg to relieve his pain and give him the best chance at recovery and a better quality of life.

This is where TEAM steps in. When specialized medical care falls outside of the shelter’s available resources or budget, TEAM helps bridge that gap so animals like Clifford still have a chance. Through donor support, TEAM approved funding toward Clifford’s surgery at Loomis Basin Veterinary Hospital, helping ensure he could receive the care he needed instead of continuing to suffer.

The expected outcome for Clifford is a full recovery — and for many animals, access to treatment like this can mean the difference between remaining overlooked in the shelter system or becoming healthy enough to find a home.

Cases like Clifford’s are only possible because of donor support. Every donation helps TEAM continue funding urgent medical care, behavioral support, rescue partnerships, and life-saving interventions for shelter animals who need more than the shelter alone can provide.

Right now, donations are being matched dollar-for-dollar up to $50,000 during . Every dollar donated helps unlock those matching funds and gives more animals like Clifford a second chance.

Donate today and help TEAM continue saying “yes” to animals who need critical care to make adoption possible.
