-What does the grooming process include? When we groom a dog, we do whatever haircut you would like us to do as long as your pet's coat is not matted. if your pet's coat is matted, we shave them down using the longest blade possible so that we do not hurt them or give them a bad experience. We also brush the coat, cut/dremal the nails, clean the ears, express the a**l gland, and bathe them. ***We also brush teeth and paint nails for an additional fee.
-How long does it take to groom a dog? It takes anywhere from forty-five minutes up to sometimes three hours to groom a dog. It really just depends on the type of dog you own.
-Do we keep dogs all day? We DO NOT keep dogs any longer than we need to. We schedule them so that they only have to be in our shop long enough for us to groom them.
-How much does it cost to have a dog groomed? We do not give out exact prices without seeing or working on your pet(s). Our prices are based on the size, behavior, and condition of your pet's coat. Our minimum fee for a small breed (example: a yorkie) is forty-five dollars. Our minimum fee for a medium breed (example: a cocker) is fifty-five dollars. Our minimum fee for a large breed (example: a standard poodle) is eighty dollars.***We do charge additinal fees if your pet's coat is matted or overgrown. We also charge additional fees if your pet's behavior is hard to handle.
-What forms of payments do we accept? We only accept cash or checks. We do charge a twenty-five dollar fee for any retured checks.
-CANCELLATION POLICY: If we do not receive twenty-four hours notice of NON EMERGENCY cancellations and are unable to fill the opening, a twenty dollar fee will be applied to your next visit if you choose to return. We schedule a certain number of dogs each day, so we do depend on each dog that we schedule to show up.
-Do we call to confirm appointments? YES we do call at least one day prior to your pet(s) appointment to confirm the appointment. If you do not receive a confirmation call, please contact us to confirm that we do have the same date scheduled. Please do not show up if you do not receive a confirmation call.

-How far ahead should I call to schedule an appointment? During our slow season (June-September) you can typically get in the same week that you call. During our busy season (October-May) and around the holidays we stay about two weeks booked. if you know how often you like to have your pet(s) groomed, we can set up a standing appointment if you let us know.
-Can I bring my pet in early for their appointment? Please DO NOT bring your pet in any earlier than their appointment time unless discussed in advance. We do limit the number of dogs we have in our shop at one time.
