🎉🐾 **ONE YEAR OF WOEHL VETERINARY SERVICES!** 🐄🐖🐑🐐🐕🐈

Today marks **ONE YEAR** since Woehl Veterinary Services officially began this journey, and we couldn’t let the day pass without saying a HUGE **THANK YOU!** ❤️

First, a very special thank you to **Charity and her team at First Northern Bank** for believing in us, believing in our vision, and helping make this dream a reality. Your support means more than we can say!

And to our **wonderful clients**—thank you for trusting us with the animals who mean so much to you, from beloved family pets to the livestock that keep your operations going. We are incredibly grateful for every call, every farm visit, every surgery, every birth, and every opportunity you give us to serve you and your animals.

This first year has been filled with challenges, successes, long days, unforgettable patients, and so many amazing people who have supported us along the way.

**First year down and many more to come!** 🎉

Thank you for allowing Woehl Veterinary Services to be a part of your lives and your animals’ lives. We truly couldn’t do it without you!

❤️ **THANK YOU FOR AN INCREDIBLE FIRST YEAR!** ❤️

🐾 **What Does “Mobile Veterinary Care” Mean?** 🐾

One of the things we love about providing mobile veterinary care is the ability to bring veterinary services directly to you and your animals.

For many routine and wellness visits, we can come right to your home, farm, or ranch. This can make veterinary care more convenient while reducing the stress of transporting your animals.

However, mobile does not mean that every veterinary service can—or should—be performed at your home.

There will be times when we ask you to bring your animal to us. Certain illnesses, injuries, procedures, and diagnostic needs require equipment, supplies, or a controlled environment that we simply cannot bring with us in the mobile unit. When that happens, our goal isn't to inconvenience you—it is to make sure we have the proper tools at our disposal to accurately diagnose your animal and provide appropriate, timely treatment.

We also want to provide a friendly reminder about our business hours:

**Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM**

Although we are a mobile veterinary service, we are not a 24-hour veterinary clinic. Calls and services provided outside of our regular business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, are considered after-hours/emergency services and will be subject to an additional emergency fee.

We understand that emergencies don't look at the clock before they happen, and when we are able to help, we want to be there for you. At the same time, after-hours calls require us to step away from our personal and family time. Those hours are important for allowing us to rest, reset, spend time with family, and be ready to provide our patients with the quality care they deserve the following day.

Emergency fees certainly don't replace that time, but they recognize the additional commitment required to provide veterinary care outside of normal business hours.

📞 **A Quick Note About Calls & Messages**

For non-emergency calls, texts, and messages, please allow up to 24 business hours for a response. We do our best to return messages as quickly as possible, but when we are with patients, performing procedures, traveling between appointments, or working in the field, we may not be able to respond immediately.

If you have not heard back from us within 24 business hours, please call or message us again. We have recently discovered that some calls, voicemails, and text messages have not always been coming through properly. We never want you to assume that we are ignoring your message—if you haven't received a response, please reach back out so we can make sure we received it.

🚨 **Urgent & Emergency Concerns**

If you have an urgent or emergency concern, please call us at 307-359-9002, rather than relying solely on a text message or social media message.

Please understand that when you call, we may not always be immediately available to answer. We may be actively treating another patient, driving between appointments, with another client, or spending time with our family.

If you leave a voicemail, please give us some time to return your call. If you have not heard back from us within 30 minutes regarding an urgent or emergency concern, please call us back. Your call may not have come through, or we may have been unable to answer while we were with another patient or family.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding. We want to be available when our patients need us, while also recognizing that providing quality veterinary care requires time to rest, reset, and maintain a healthy balance outside of work.

Our goal remains simple: provide accessible, compassionate, high-quality veterinary care while doing what is best for each individual patient.

We certainly appreciate you choosing to use us for your animal's veterinary care, and we don't take that trust lightly.

IT'S HERE!!
The Campbell County Fair is one of our favorite times of the year, and all of us at Woehl Veterinary Services are proud to support the incredible youth of Campbell County!

From early mornings in the barn to countless hours of hard work, dedication, and responsibility, these young exhibitors put their hearts into raising quality livestock and representing the future of agriculture.

Whether you are exhibiting livestock, horses, small animals, or other projects, your commitment and perseverance deserve to be celebrated.

County fair is about so much more than ribbons- it's about learning responsibility, building character, developing lifelong skills, and creating lasting memories and friendships.

If you're heading to the fair, please take the time to support these hardworking kids. Attend the livestock shows, cheer them on, and if you're able, consider supporting them at the livestock sale. Your encouragement and investment mean more than you know and help shape the next generation of producers and community leaders.

Best of luck to all the exhibitors in the show ring and beyond—we're proud of each and every one of you. We'll see you at the fair! 🐖🐄🐑🐐❤️

Thank you to the families, leaders, ag teachers, volunteers, and fair staff who make this incredible tradition possible!

🇺🇸🎆 Happy Independence Day from Woehl Veterinary Services! 🎆🇺🇸
Today we celebrate not only the Fourth of July, but America's 250th birthday! What an incredible milestone in our nation's history.
As you gather with family and friends to celebrate, we hope your day is filled with laughter, great food, and unforgettable memories. We also want to remind everyone to keep your four-legged family members safe during the festivities.
🐾 Keep plenty of fresh water available.
☀️ Provide shade and avoid strenuous activity during the hottest part of the day.
🚗 Never leave pets in a parked vehicle.
🎇 Fireworks can be frightening—keep pets indoors in a secure, quiet area, and make sure they are wearing identification.
❤️ Watch for signs of heat stress, including excessive panting, drooling, weakness, vomiting, or collapse. If you notice these signs, seek veterinary care immediately.
From all of us at Woehl Veterinary Services, thank you for trusting us to care for your animals throughout the year.
Have a safe, fun, and memorable Fourth of July as we celebrate 250 years of American independence!
🇺🇸 Happy 4th of July! God Bless America! 🇺🇸

4th of July safety starts before the fireworks begin. 🎆

PLEASE BE AWARE!

Pets don’t understand celebrations. Loud noises, unfamiliar people, and outdoor access they don’t normally have create perfect conditions for escape, injury, and stress.

Before the holiday weekend:

• Verify your pet’s ID tag is secure and microchip information is current
• Create a calm, quiet space indoors away from crowds and noise
• Keep toxic foods sealed and out of reach
• Never assume your fenced yard is secure during the chaos of a party

If fireworks trigger panic, illness, or accidental ingestion of something harmful, we are ready.
