With the stress of Doris surgery today I forgot that today marks ONE year here at our new location! We appreciate all of our wonderful clients and hope that yall have enjoyed our new space! We wouldnt be here without all of your support and kindness. We love what we do and I know Doris appreciates all of the thoughts and prayers.

We’ve had an abundance of last-minute cancellations lately, so we want to remind everyone that confirming or canceling is **super easy!**
📲 Need to cancel? Simply reply “N” — that’s it! This will leave a spot for someone else to fill the appointment time you reserved originally.
Last-minute cancellations and no-shows affect our small business and our employees, so we will be enforcing our late cancellation and no-show policies more strictly.
If we reach out to confirm your appointment and **don’t receive a response, your appointment may be canceled and offered to another client.** You would then need to reschedule for the next available appointment.

💎🐾 BIG CHANGES ARE COMING TO DIAMOND COLLAR! 🐾💎
We’re excited to announce some changes we’ve been working on behind the scenes — all with one goal: providing a better, more personalized experience for you and your pups! ✨
Over the next couple of months, we’ll be transitioning to a more one-on-one grooming experience, allowing our groomers to focus on each pup from bath to finish and provide the quality and attention to detail they deserve.
📅 Appointments will be more limited than before, so we strongly encourage you to pre-book your pup’s next appointment to guarantee their spot!
🔄 We’ll also be offering recurring schedules based on your pup’s needs, along with our new Monthly Bath Membership for pups who don’t need regular haircuts.
🏡 All-day drop-off will still be available for families who need the flexibility, with an additional all-day care fee.

We know change takes a little adjustment, and we truly appreciate your patience as we make this transition. We’re excited for what’s ahead and believe this will create an even better experience for our clients, our team, and most importantly, your pups! 🐶💎
