Well we have been a little slack about posting lately, but we’ve finally had some time to get caught up and here are some of our cuties who came in for their valentines grooming! Next up…. St Patrick’s day!

We had the pleasure of grooming this little sweet thing and when I say OMG, I mean OMG!!! She’s such a tiny cutie and was a rock star for her very first grooming experience.
With young puppies, we never push to hard because we want to give them a positive experience. So we typically just do a “puppy” groom which consists of a bath, nail trim, face, feet, and sanitary trim. This way, they are in and out quickly and get used to the sights, sounds, and feel of grooming before they have to use a full body trim (which can be scary for babies). We also like to bring them in every couple of weeks for socialization visits, giving them more exposure without a lengthy stay and use the correct products geared toward a puppy’s special needs.
