The Furry B&B

The Furry B&B A unique alternative to traditional boarding in Round Rock, TX. I provide multiple potty breaks and playtime sessions throughout the day.

Kennel‑free dog boarding with private cottages, personalized care, enrichment, and a calm, low‑stress stay with one‑on‑one attention tailored to each dog’s needs. Some dogs find traditional boarding environments overwhelming due to the noise, chaos & various handlers. This is especially true for senior dogs, dogs that aren’t dog-friendly or have some stranger danger issues, making boarding a very

stressful experience for them. When pups stay with me, they enjoy their own climate-controlled cottage, free from interactions with other dogs or new people and the noise of a traditional boarding facility. During meals, I stay with the pups, ensuring they feel comfortable and relaxed. We spend time playing, cuddling, and engaging in enrichment activities, creating a calm and peaceful environment for them while they are away from home. The fenced yard offers ample space for your pup to exercise, bask in the sun, or enjoy activities like agility and fetch. I am happy to accommodate special requests and ensure your pet receives extra love and attention during their stay with me. Amenities include:
8X10 or 8x12 climate controlled cottage
Smart TV & white noise machine
Indoor camera for continuous monitoring
Security floodlight with camera
Comfortable bedding with plush animals and toys
Secure fenced area at front to contain door darters

Personal note: I have 4 dogs of my own (Abby, Zoey, Hershey, & Preston). I also have 2 foster dogs (Buster & Aries). I've always had a deep love for dogs, and I find immense fulfillment in helping them, especially when they need a little additional comfort. In 2015, I began volunteering at the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter and gained extensive handling experience with a wide variety of dog behaviors, including stranger danger, over-arousal, jumpiness, and mouthiness. I am Fear Free Certified, use consent-based interaction and am knowledgeable in trauma-related behavior issues. Please note: I require that all fur babies be current on their vaccinations.

Their dad told me the boys birthdays were coming up so we had a little party. No one would wear party hats (booooo) but they did enjoy the homemade pupcakes.
Happy Birthday Bodie & Lilo!! And Eleanor too in a few months. 🥳🎉

**🚨 Urgent Foster Homes Needed for 3 Small Dogs 🚨**

These three little dogs are running out of safe options, and they need help NOW.

Their owner will be staying with a relative but will be moving to East Texas at the end of the month. Unfortunately, she cannot keep them and after next week, they will have nowhere safe to stay.

The current plan is for them to live OUTSIDE with three large resident dogs they have never met. As you can imagine, that is not an ideal or safe situation for small dogs, and FFRP is desperately hoping to find a better alternative before it comes to that.

FFRP is urgently looking for foster homes.** They DO NOT need to stay together—each dog can go to a separate foster home, so even opening your home to just one can make all the difference.

Fostering is temporary, but the impact is life-changing. By giving one of these dogs a safe place to land, you'll be preventing them from entering an uncertain and potentially dangerous situation while FFRP works toward finding permanent solutions.

If you've ever thought about fostering, this is the time. Even if you can't foster, **please share this post**. The right person may be just one share away.

If you're interested in fostering or have questions, please reach out to Final Frontier Rescue Project

Please share. We'll do separate posts for each dog next, but we're running out of time. Nelson was adopted from us and our adoption agreement specifies we will take him back, but we need a place for him to go.

His adopter would also like to surrender Flint and Meeko. We would like to take them, but she's moved the date up twice now, and we don't have anywhere for them to go. Current deadline is July 15.

They also need vet care. They are not up-to-date on vaccines and their owner says she can't afford to get them up to date. Same with dentals and getting Flint neutered.

We have asked her to also post Flint and Meeko other places and to make a surrender appointment at Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter in case we can't find them places; Wilco says they are currently making surrender appointments for October. She says she can't post on PASS because she doesn't have Facebook so if someone can do that for Meeko and Flint, who are not FFRP dogs, we'd appreciate it.

These are friendly little dogs, good with each other and with kids. It's incredibly discouraging that we have nowhere for them to go and no funds to help them. We'd agree with the many rescues and pounds who say No Kill is impossible, except that people are still buying puppy mill dogs and we see the prohibited Nextdoor posts from backyard breeders selling puppies, and we see the many responses. This is not a matter of No Kill being impossible; it's a matter of lack of will at every level of sheltering and government, and algorithms that reward rage bait instead of showing posts like this to more of the 5500 people who follow our page.

We'll certainly have some rage bait to post if one or all of these dogs end up hurt.
