Some times I get customers asking what is the difference between a homozygous Calfornia pattern and a normal Calfornia pattern. Here are 2 sows, both cream and same age. You can see the the homozygous one is clearly overmarked and covered with smutt compared to the other one. Everyone likes something different. While you can not show a over marked Calfornia I personally love these so much more. I just love my little smutty potatos🥰🥰

Just wanted to share a glow up pic of one of my California pointed lunkarya. She is still young and points are still coming in. Just wished she was more pointed at this point but it’s a work in progress. She is beautiful either way and I am super happy to have produced her

Update: These 2 boys have been R3s3rved

1st time momma here at Round Hill Cavies knocked it out of the park with 2 large boys. I 150 grams and the other at 147 grams. She did an excellent job last night delivering and cleaning them up. Really loving my California pattern lines
