We got a Chicken Strip Taco.. You grab a tortilla and put a chicken strip, lettuce, tomato, and sour cream.. or buttermilk for $4.. We done sold 6 of them..Lol

.. I chopped the fat up in little pieces and mixed it in before cooking it.. I usually cut the fat out so when someone buys a taco it’s full of meat and you get your moneys worth.. I personally don’t like buying a taco and half of it is just a big chunk of fat.. But to each his own.. I appreciate everyone’s comments on the last barbacoa post.. Peace..
