Today we’re celebrating our AMAZING Room Technicians! 🎉

Our room techs are the first line of patient care and such an important part of every single visit! From getting rooms ready and gathering patient histories to collecting vitals, assisting our doctors, making countless phone calls, filling prescriptions, answering questions, and helping our patients and their families feel cared for, they do SO much more than most people ever see.

They are the connection between our clients, our doctors, and our patients. They keep appointments moving, help ensure nothing gets overlooked, and bring compassion, knowledge, and teamwork into every room they walk into. Even on the busiest days, they show up ready to help, ready to care, and ready to do whatever it takes for our patients.

Our doctors couldn’t do what they do without you, and our patients are better cared for because of you! Thank you for everything you do, both seen and unseen. You are appreciated more than you know!

Special shout out to Charlotte and Bryonna! They are the tech appointments queens! They work hard all day bringing back patients for vaccines, various med administrations, suture removals, nail trims, a**l gland expressions and so much more. They build relationships with clients and patients alike. These ladies are beyond appreciated and adored!

🐾 Today, we’re celebrating the technicians who work a little more behind the scenes!

These incredible technicians are the hands and hearts behind so much of the care our patients receive. From monitoring anesthesia and performing dental cleanings to placing IV catheters, running bloodwork, taking radiographs, and caring for all of our hospitalized patients, they play a vital role in keeping your patients safe, comfortable, and healthy.

Their skills, attention to detail, compassion, and dedication make a difference every single day, even when their work happens outside of the spotlight.

Veterinary medicine is a team effort, and every role matters. We pride ourselves on showing up for our patients, their families, and each other. We are stronger together, and we are so grateful for the technicians who make our team what it is. Thank you for being such an essential part of everything we do!❤️

🎉Let’s celebrate our OG veterinary technicians! 🎉

This post is for our technicians who've been in this field 20+ years — the ones who can place a catheter upside down, read a doctor's mind mid-surgery, and calm and comfort both patients and clients.

Twenty years in vet med means:
💉 Thousands of anesthesias monitored, recoveries coached, patients sent home safe
🩸So many blood draws, IV catheters placed, meds administered, and hospitalized patients cared for
🩺 Entire lifetimes of patients — from first puppy visit to final goodbye
🐾Generations of baby techs mentored into the techs they are today
❤️A thousand hard days — and they still showed up the next morning
