Zisa is 4 weeks along, Phoebe is 2 weeks along. I would be shocked if Zisa isn't pregnant at this point. She's getting a bump and acting like she has for prior pregnancies. This is Zisa's 3rd and final litter, bittersweet for all of us. She is such an amazing momma and really the best dog. Phoebe will be confirmed June 19th, I feel like it is taking forever to get here. The dogs are loving this warmer weather, winter sure drug on for northwestern Minnesota this year which delayed the new fence & play yard, that will finally be starting next week.

Breeding is taking place in a few days, we will confirm pregnancy with ultrasound at the end of May with pups arriving at the end of June. We will see harlequins, merles and solids in black, blue, fawn, blue-fawn, black tan points and blue tan points. I am anticipating some big thick babies from this pairing. Waiting list is still open for Zisa and Phoebe (who still hasn't come into heat, Zisa being in heat should pull her in).

Well guys, Zisa decided to come into heat 6 weeks early so her and Brooks will be first up for 2026 with her retirement litter. We will see harlequins, merles, & solids in black, blue, fawn, blue-fawn. Some will be tan point showing. Breeding will take place soon, we will confirm pregnancy end of May, pups arriving end of June. Still waiting on Phoebe to come in, she is approx 5 weeks late. Our pups from Brooks & Luxx(Zisa's full sister) are absolutely amazing and I truly feel they will be some absolutely phenomenal babies this time as well. Official due date to be announced once breeding has taken place.

Join me in wishing this big guy a Happy 40th Birthday! The night nanny to all of your amazing pups, my whelping assistant(sometimes puppy catcher), the giver of treats and best scratches, the one who builds all my crazy project ideas, my pooper scooping buddy, my helper for photos, and fur dad to all the animals his crazy wife & kids bring home. We do this as a team and without him, we couldn't do what we do! Show him some love in the comments!
