Megan is a big, stout 15.2 hands classy 11 year old dun mare has got all the looks, and athletic ability to take you wherever you want to go. She’s handy as can be with a true one hand neck rein, a big stop, and tucks her nose soft to back up right when you ask. She’s been hauled and exposed to the barrel pattern with plenty of motor to make a real nice contestant, but she’s just as happy packing a saddle across the pasture, crossing water, and taking on miles of rough trail. Whether you want to finish her out in the arena or take a real good looking ride down the trail, she’s ready to work.

Standing at a solid 15.1 hands 13 year old this eye catching dark buckskin gelding is as handy as he is handsome. He rides around super clean with a lot of feel, featuring a beautiful short lope, a solid hard stop, and a crisp reverse. He’s had plenty of miles outside and handles terrain with confidence. While he’s too responsive and light tuned for an absolute beginner, anyone with basic riding knowledge and soft hands will get along with him great. If you’re looking for a seasoned trail horse or one to go work with check this guy out!

Tad

This 12 year old sorrel gelding stands 15.2 hands! He rides around two handed very nicely, with a soft face, a good stop, and a good reverse. He’s a quiet, calm easy going type that’s enjoyable to get along with and would make a nice addition for someone looking for a laid back gelding to ride around and enjoy. He’s been taken out through rough country and has seen his share of the outdoors. A good minded sorrel that’s more whoah than go with a nice handle and a quiet way about him!

He stands 15.1 hands 10 years old rides around quiet and easy, whether you want to take him out to put in a day’s work or just enjoy a relaxing ride down the trails. Everyone even cowboys and cowgirls are facing battles but some are bigger than others. A little while after we made this post this cowgirl was diagnosed with Leukemia, spent some time in the hospital, never lost faith, got a bone marrow transplant and got to ring the bell today!! She walked out of that hospital in cowgirl style and ready to get back to riding! We can get caught up in life but everyday is precious and us at Rj4 can only hope to be as strong and brave as this cowgirl. We are so happy for the outcome and look forward to getting videos of them rodeoing!

👀Keep your eye out for this duo as they start their first year in jr high school rodeo together!
Good luck from all of us at Rj4!
