We are back in the salon this Monday! I wanted to remind our existing and newer clients of how we operate.
Since 2020 we have been curbside and will continue this. Give us a call when you arrive, and we will come and grab your pet, and the same when the service is finished. This keeps a calmer and safer environment. We are more than welcome to have you peek in if it’s your first time!
We do walk-in nail trims Monday-Thursday, 10am-4pm. No appointment needed. These are $25. It may take us 5-10 minutes to come out and pick up your dog/cat.
At the current time, we aren’t accepting new big dog clients. We are only taking new recommended smaller dogs depending on breed and weight.
We typically book out 6-8 weeks at all times and always recommend booking out your next appointment.
We normally ask around 3 hours for a full groom. This is dependent on your groomer, our schedule, the size of the dog, and the cut you request.
We take cash, cards, and checks. With a card, there is a 4% card fee.
If you are running late please call us and let us know to make sure we can still facilitate your pet. We also have a no-show fee of 50% of the missed service that would need to be paid before the time of next service.
As we do every new year, we review our pricing. If your service price changes, you will be notified before your appointment.
