The office will be closed in observance of Memorial Day Friday, May 22nd through Monday, May 25th. We will re-open on Tuesday, May 26th at 9am. If you are experiencing an emergency during this time please call the emergency line at 252-317-2051.

Our phones have gone from bad to worse. We currently have no phone lines working and our internet is in and out. If you're experiencing an emergency during normal business hours please head to the office and we will do our best to help everyone. If you need to refill a medication or need to schedule an appointment you can email us at [email protected] and we will answer as quickly as we can. If you have an emergency after normal business hours you can still call the emergency line at 252-317-2051. We greatly apologize for the inconvenience this is causing. We are at the mercy of Brightspeed, hoping to have things back and running on Thursday!
