IMPORTANT CLINIC INFORMATION
To our clients and community, we regretfully announce the closure of Sylvan Lake Animal Clinic. We apologize about the abrupt closure information and notice due to the circumstances.
Dr. Vandiver has experienced an injury that will require surgery. Unfortunately, the injury will not allow her to continue practicing. The last day for Dr. Vandiver is Friday, September 25th. We are offering for up to date patients to get refills on medications, heartworm preventatives, flea preventatives, etc in order to keep your pets protected and cared for while you get established at another clinic. The office will be staffed with adjusted hours through November 13th. After that date you can still email or leave a voicemail for record access. The email and phone will be monitored through the end of the year.
Thank you for your support through the years, it has been a privilege to care for you and your pets here.
Sincerely,
Dr. June Vandiver
