Carrie and Diamond only work with behavioral cases. This allows Carrie to always be in problem-solving mode. Basic training happens in behavioral cases, but, many times, you have to start with behavior modification when she walks in the door. When you have a behavioral coach that is heavily versed in phsycology, you can't lose!
