LONG HAIR KITTIES DO NOT BELONG OUTSIDE. There is no such thing as an indoor /outdoor long haired kitty!!
Actually every kitty should be indoors. Their life span is doubled by being protected indoors.

It is EXTREMELY PAINFUL for a cat to be pelted. It’s constant pulling at the skin.

Important PSA for all PrimaPersian families ❤️

Over the years, we have placed many beloved PrimaPersian kittens and cats with families throughout our area and beyond. We care deeply about what happens to every cat we produce for the entirety of his or her life.

Recently, circumstances have brought a couple of cats to our attention that we believe may have originated from PrimaPersian. The circumstances and/or condition of these two cats have been EXTREMELY upsetting to us.

Because of this, we need to remind every PrimaPersian owner to please revisit your signed placement contract!!

Our contract is very clear:

A PrimaPersian cat is NEVER to be sold, given away, surrendered to a shelter, pound or rescue, or otherwise rehomed without involving us.

If at any point—whether it is 2 years, 5 years, 10 years or more after bringing your cat home—your circumstances change and you are no longer able to provide appropriate care, CONTACT US. If your cat gets out and is missing, CONTACT US! We can help get the word out!

We understand that life happens. People experience illness, divorce, financial hardship, housing changes, family emergencies and countless other circumstances. We are not here to shame someone for needing help.

But allowing one of our cats to become neglected, abandoned, passed from person to person, or surrendered elsewhere when we are here and willing to take that cat back is unacceptable.

Our contract requires that the cat be returned to PrimaPersian. We will take responsibility for getting the cat healthy, evaluating his or her needs, and—when appropriate—carefully finding the right new home.

Please do not assume that because years have passed, we no longer care or don’t want to know. We do.

If you know of a PrimaPersian cat that has been lost, abandoned, surrendered, given away, or is living in circumstances where he or she may need help, please contact us privately.

If you currently have one of our cats and are struggling to care for him or her, please reach out. Returning a cat to us when circumstances change is not a failure. Allowing that cat to suffer rather than contacting us is something entirely different.

We have always considered our responsibility to these cats a lifetime commitment. We expect the families who signed our contracts to honor that commitment as well.

Once a PrimaPersian, always a PrimaPersian. ❤️

We have a handful of sweetheart adult Persians waiting on their permanent homes.
There are several reasons you might choose a cat over a kitten, besides the reduced cost of course.
We know and understand our adults personalities and that helps tremendously with their placement in your home. Some kitties are better suited for calm environments and others are more accepting of dogs and children. We know their grooming routine, and their eating habits.
And some people prefer in general just to skip that rambunctious kitten stage!
