Look who’s back! Welcome back, Bucket! 🐶

It feels like just yesterday that Bucket came to see us for his very first appointment as a puppy… but that was six years ago! 🥹

Bucket recently returned for his annual exam with Dr. Mach, and while he’s certainly grown, he still has the same sweet, adorable face we remember from his puppy days. 🩷

We love watching our patients grow through the years and being a small part of their journey. Thanks for coming to see us, Bucket! We’re always happy to have you at River Square. 🐾

We care for a variety of small companions, including rabbits, guinea pigs, hedgehogs, ferrets, chinchillas, hamsters, gerbils, and more!

Our sweet friend Chance has been busy making sure the River Square team stays well fed! She surprised our staff with some snacks, and needless to say, we are feeling very spoiled. 💕🐈

River Square Animal Hospital will be closed Monday, September 7th in observance of Labor Day. We’ll reopen with our normal business hours on Tuesday, September 8th.

Magnolia was such a wonderful patient and did an amazing job during her exam! 💕 And judging by the tongue-out smile, someone was very happy with her treats.

She even had some extra fun in the lobby afterward, giving her mom the sweetest high fives. 🥰

Rupert came in for his annual exam and brought ALL the Havanese charm with him! 🐶

He did a fantastic job during his visit and preferred to spend most of his time cozied up in Dad’s arms. 🐾

Of course, we couldn’t help but admire Rupert’s adorable bandanna while he was here! 💙

And when it’s time for the big day, Madison is showing us that a little carrier practice can go a long way! Regina left her carrier out for a few hours with her favorite blanket and toys inside, giving her some time to get comfortable with it before heading to the vet.

Madison’s verdict? Two paws up! 🐾 🐱 A little preparation can go a long way toward making vet day a little more comfortable!
