Sweet, goofy and lovable Squib is an absolute joy to have around!

He’s a little short stack who is only 11 months old and weighs in at 46 pounds. He tested well with cats and loves his doggie playmates.

June is National Adopt-A-Shelter-Cat Month! We are stocked up so you can stop by and choose yours! Cat adoptions are the slowest they've ever been lately and we need a miracle to help save more lives! Since June 1st we have taken in 49 cats and kittens into our shelter. We have only adopted out 6 so far. 😔 We NEED adoptions! These kitties deserve a home of their own! We love them dearly here, but nothing beats a permanent place to lay their heads. Please adopt today!

Meet Go-Gurt and Prince! 💙

These two handsome boys have both come a long way since arriving at the shelter, and watching their confidence grow has been such a joy.

Go-Gurt is a one year old sweetheart who was absolutely terrified when he first came to us. He wouldn't let anyone pet him and preferred to stay hidden away. With time, patience, and lots of love, he's completely blossomed. Now you'll find him out in the open, begging for pets, batting around toys, and soaking up all the attention he can get.

Prince's story is a little different. He spent much of his life as part of a cat colony until an injured leg brought him into our care. As it turns out, Prince was more than ready to trade outdoor life for indoor comforts! After healing up, he's become more confident every day. These days he struts around like he owns the place, greeting visitors and enjoying the good life he always deserved. Prince is 5 years old and does great with other cats!

While they aren't a bonded pair, Go-Gurt and Prince have become great friends. They're often found chasing each other, wrestling, playing with toys, and generally having a wonderful time together. Their friendship has helped both boys come out of their shells, and it's impossible not to smile when you see them together.

These boys do not need to be adopted together, but whether you're looking for one amazing cat or considering bringing home two, Go-Gurt and Prince are both ready to find loving forever homes of their own. ❤️

This is Buckley and he is looking for his forever home. Buckley spent most of his life so far chained. He was thankfully saved by his angel and now looking for the right home that he deserves. He is approximately 2 yrs old. He is finishing up his training in about two weeks and will be neutered on the 23rd of June. He is a beagle mix and is good with other dogs and humans. He has had a rough start but would love to be with somebody that possibly already has a dog for companionship. Foster needed, can you help?

This handsome fella is in need of a foster home. Orson is 1 year old, 43lbs, and the sweetest fella. When he came to us, we quickly noticed he walked with a limp. In order to see if we can save his leg (and keep him pain free), he will have an FHO surgery (femoral head ostectomy) next Wednesday. The shelter is not a place for a dog to heal and recover. We desperately want to find him a foster home so he can heal in peace.
Orson is the SWEETEST boy and loves everyone. He has the gentlest spirit and just lights up a room. He is good with other dogs (though he would need to be separated during recovery), tested well with cats, and would likely do well with children. He has been said to chase chickens, so no chickens for him. He loves to cuddle and curl up in your lap.
Please, if you are able to help, reach out. We will provide food, a crate, medication, and anything else he may need.

Take a minute to look at the happy faces of folks who choose to adopt over the past two weeks. If you adopt, you open a space at our shelter for us to save another animal's life.
