🐱 Happy Global Cat Day! 🌍🐾

October 16th is all about celebrating cats, the cuddles, the sass, the 3am zoomies and everything in between. Give your cat a little extra love today (they’ll act like they don’t care, but they do 😼).

It’s also a great day to think about cats who don’t have a loving home. Whether it’s supporting your local shelter, adopting a cat or simply sharing the importance of cat welfare, there are plenty of ways to make a difference. 🐾❤️

With plenty of fresh air, sunshine and space to stretch out, Renee’s enclosed patio has become the perfect place for her cats to enjoy the sunset. ☀️🐾

"We bought the black netting by the metre and black rope to enclose our back patio. We had a builder make the frame and we put the netting on after following the helpful video on their website. It was easy to do and the finish neat and strong. We think our two cats have the best life and views from their new catio." - Renee

Happy Catober! 🎈😻

October 9th is recognised as Catober, the universal birthday for shelter and rescue cats whose real birthdays are unknown. 🐾❤️

Whether your cat's "birthday" is today or just a good guess, give them an extra scratch, a treat or some extra playtime. 🎉🐱

Happy World Animal Day! 🐾❤️

Today is all about celebrating the animals that bring so much joy, laughter and companionship into our lives. It’s also a chance to recognise the importance of treating animals with kindness and respect and supporting better care and living conditions for animals everywhere, from our pets and farm animals to wildlife.

Here’s to all the amazing animals who make our world a little brighter! 🐱🐶🦘🐎❤️

October 3rd to 9th is Animal Welfare Week, a campaign that promotes the care and wellbeing of all animals while encouraging responsible pet ownership, improving living standards for farm animals and protecting wildlife. 🐾😻

It’s a great reminder to give all animals the love, care and respect they deserve. ❤️

Sabrina's adopted stray cat now gets to enjoy the sunshine and breeze safely, watching the world go by from her Catnets Portable Catio. As an FIV positive cat, safe outdoor containment protects her own wellbeing, keeps other cats safe, and helps protect local wildlife too.🐾☀️

"An excellent catio for the safe and happy housing of indoor cats. My adopted stray cat loves being able to enjoy the sunshine or a breeze, watching the world go by. As a FIV positive cat who must be contained regarding her own wellbeing (immune compromised), and the health of other cats, as well as not being able to negatively impact wildlife via predation, the Catnets enclosure is the perfect solution, alongside a huge climbing tower and many toys for enrichment. Thank you." - Sabrina

Camping, but make it cat-friendly! 🏕️🐱
Teri took their Portable Catio along on their camping adventures, giving their two Maine C***s a safe space to enjoy the great outdoors too! 🌿

They started with a series of tunnels for their cats to explore, then added the Premium 5'10" Portable catio to give their kitties even more room to roam safely. 🐦 With its portable design, it's easy to set up and pack away, making it the perfect addition to any camping trip. 🐾

"Bought this to add to the kitties outdoor camping experience. We have a series of tunnels and cubes they have been enjoying but wanted something more. Got this portable catio for them and we all love it! It takes about 15 mins to set up. We put one of their climbers big trees in there so they have a perch to hang out and watch the squirrels and birds on." - Teri

Based on the quality of the netting, we’re now planning on fencing in our yard at home with the Cat Net netting. Super sturdy, even for our 2 Maine c***s."
