I wanted to share a quick update with all of my wonderful clients. Due to some personal matters in my life, I will no longer be grooming at this facility or at any other location for the time being.
This wasn’t an easy decision, as I truly love what I do and all of the amazing pets (and people) I’ve had the privilege of working with. I’m so grateful for the trust you’ve given me and the relationships we’ve built.
Thank you all so much for your understanding, kindness, and support, it means more than you know. ❤️
I will miss you all and your furry family members!

🕒 Arrive on time�Being punctual helps us stay on schedule and gives your pet the full time and attention they deserve.
✂️ Know the look you want�Have an idea of your preferred haircut or style before you arrive. Whether it’s a breed standard trim or something unique, clarity helps us deliver exactly what you’re envisioning.
📸 Bring reference photos�Pictures are incredibly helpful! If you’ve seen a cut you love, show us—this ensures we’re on the same page.
🪮 Be honest about matting�If your pet has mats or tangles, please let us know. Severe matting can affect the grooming process and may require a shorter cut for your pet’s comfort and safety.
💬 Communicate openly�Let us know about any sensitivities, health concerns, or behavioral quirks. The more we know, the better care we can provide.
⏰ Cancellation Policy�Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the grooming service.
🚗 Late Drop-Off & Pick-Up Fees�A $30 fee will be applied for late drop-offs or pick-ups. Please be respectful of our time and schedule.

My Gunner boy! Gunner was never a fan of nail trims. We were at the point of having to have him sedated for a simple nail trim. Not only was it expensive, recovery was getting harder for him as he is an older pit. Working with him along with Haylie, the owner of The Dog House (who also has been a dog trainer for 10 years!) we have been successful in doing nail trims on him! No muzzles!
