We do not have an open-to-the-public facility as we all an all volunteer organization! There is no greater joy in life than living in the moment and the quickest way to reach that goal is to spend time with your best bud, your dog. He will never fail to act goofy, wrestle, snuggle, talk or listen with his people or person. There are many breeds of dogs in the world, most bred for a specific job or

purpose and that is where we have branched into the rescue of herders, working dogs and retrievers. We respect and enjoy these breeds because quite simply they have been bred to work diligently with people, as farm helpers, hunting partners and that extra hand on working farms and ranches. We think these breeds are so suited to families and companion dogs because of their innate desire to please their person. COWBOY headed to his new home and we can finally get his pic posted. He has a sister-heeler who is going to keep him on his toes and a big family who enjoys Cowboy's sense of fun!!! BUDDY was adopted a few weeks ago, but we had some trouble with pics and cameras and weren't able to get his family photo up!!! His pupdates with Mom, Dad and his new brother, Vincent, so far, have been amazing. Thank you so much for choosing the most precious heeler you will ever know! Buddy is soooo deserving!

Can we talk about Cowboy for just a few minutes? Yes, he's care-free and quite goofy, a verifiable jokester who never takes himself seriously. It's all about tennis balls, frisbees, stick, water, hoses, you name it. But when you think about it, isn't that what dogs are for?!!! Why Cowboy hasn't found his forever home is beyond me, but it isn't any fault of his. He's a true cattle dog-mandog who is so deserving of a loving partner. We hope his forever person is out there and he sees this pic, because it paints Cowboy's personality to a T.
