You’re definitely not alone. Veterinary visits can be overwhelming for some pets, but there are things you can do to help make the experience easier.

✔ Bring a favorite blanket or familiar toy
✔ Keep your own energy calm and relaxed
✔ Use treats when appropriate
✔ Let your veterinary team know if your pet is nervous
