From baby vet assistant to future veterinarian! 🐾💙

It's hard to believe how much Sean has grown since joining the Schroeck Veterinary Care team. We've had the privilege of watching him develop from an eager new vet assistant into a skilled veterinary technician who is always ready to jump in, help the team, and provide exceptional care to our patients.

Now it's time for his next adventure as he heads to Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine to pursue his dream of becoming a veterinarian!

While we're incredibly excited for this next chapter, we're definitely going to miss having Sean around. From his dancing and constant jokes to the positive energy he brought to work every day, he made Schroeck Veterinary Care a more fun place to be.

Sean, thank you for everything you've done for our team, our clients, and our patients. We know you're going to do amazing things, and we'll be cheering you on every step of the way.

And just so you know... we'll be saving a spot for Dr. Sean if you decide to come back home to SVC someday. 😉

We're excited to announce that we're transitioning to Instinct, our new practice management software! 🎉

This upgrade is all about you and your pets. By investing in a more advanced system, we'll be able to provide an even better experience with improved communication, streamlined scheduling, and enhanced patient care.

Here's what you can look forward to:
🐾 A brand-new Patient Portal where you can:
• View your pet's visit history
• Check vaccine reminders
• Update your contact information
• And much more!

📅 You may receive appointment booking notifications as we transfer existing appointments into our new system.

📲 Future appointment reminders will come from our new software, so keep an eye on your phone and email!

As with any new technology, there may be a few small adjustments while our team learns the system. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition as we work to make your experience even better.

A Veterinary Customer Service Representative will be available from 8 a.m. - 1 p.m. this week taking phone calls to assist in any pet related questions, scheduling future appointments, helping with ordering pet needs on MVSO, etc. 🤗

This week our 🌟Shining Star🌟 is Sabrina!

SVC was Sabrina's FIRST veterinary experience in 2020! She came to shadow our team and learn more about veterinary medicine when considering to pursue a veterinary career. With her strong motivation, adaptability, and likable personality, she became someone we wanted to be a permanent part of our team!

We are thankful to have Sabrina and her veterinary super powers here at Schroeck Veterinary Care! 🐶
