Happy National Veterinary Technician Week!

To round out our National Veterinary Technician Week celebrations, we’re featuring two more amazing members of our team: Mercedes with her pups, Hades, Sgaeyl, Ridoc, and Andarna, and Ryleigh with her pup, Re*****on!

Mercedes is always ready to step in wherever she’s needed! From assisting at reception and using her veterinary knowledge to support patient care, to working in the back as a veterinary assistant and helping with appointments, she wears many hats throughout the day. Her ability to jump in where needed and help wherever she can makes her a valued part of our RVVH team!

Ryleigh helps keep our day-to-day appointments running smoothly while also taking on the important role of inventory manager. From keeping our shelves stocked to making sure we have the medications and supplies needed to care for your pets, she helps ensure our team is ready for whatever the day brings!

We’re so thankful for Mercedes and Ryleigh and all the hard work, dedication, and compassion they bring to our team. Help us celebrate these two amazing ladies as we wrap up a week dedicated to the incredible people who make a difference in the lives of our patients every day!

With the heat advisory in effect, please keep your pets safe! Limit walks to quick potty breaks, avoid hot pavement, and make sure they always have access to fresh, cool water. If it's too hot for your hand on the pavement, it's too hot for their paws. Stay cool and keep your furry friends safe! ❤️🐾
