We had the BEST Night 1 of our Ladies Night Mini Clinic Series! 🤩

Thank you for everyone who came out to participate. My favorite part of this job is helping people grow their confidence and strengthen their horsemanship skills, especially knowing how impactful a meaningful relationship with horses can be. 💗

A special thanks to Kaitlyn Lucy for sharing her property and arena with us. KB Arena is the perfect venue for our mini clinics with ample room, safe footing and fencing, and just a generally welcoming and positive atmosphere!

👀ISO: MORNING BARN CHORE HELP SEPT. 2-9👀

📍Rockfield, KY

Duties include:
🧹Cleaning 3-5 stalls
🥕Filling hay bags and graining horses
🐴Handling horses, bringing them in/out for turnout
🚰Filling and cleaning water buckets and troughs as needed
🤠Paying attention to horses’ overall health, make sure all horses are doing well and staying healthy
⏰Duration ~1 hour each morning

‼️REQUIREMENTS‼️
The right person for this job:
✅Has access to their own transportation
✅Is comfortable handling and being around horses and is knowledgeable enough to spot signs of sickness or injury
✅Pays attention to detail
✅Is reliable and trustworthy

✨We have a very easy group of horses and simple chore routine currently. We are a small, private barn and program with a very low-key and drama free atmosphere. We would love to add someone to the team who may also be interested in a more permanent part-time position this coming winter into early spring!✨

‼️WE WOULD STRONGLY CONSIDER AN INDIVIDUAL OR TWO WITH THEIR OWN HORSE INTERESTED IN JOINING OUR PROGRAM AND LEARNING ABOUT OPTIONS FOR WORK IN EXCHANGE FOR FEES OFF BOARD/LESSONS/TRAINING.‼️

Just under two weeks away from Night 1 of our Ladies Night Mini Clinic Series! 🤩

Night 1 will be focused on strengthening ground work skills and building confidence for both you and your horse. We will start the night working on softening your horse on the ground and learning effective longing techniques! Other topics covered on night 1 will be basic obstacles, patience while mounting, and basic body control and warm-up techniques under saddle. 🤠

RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT: a rope halter with a 12-14 foot long lead for our groundwork is highly recommended, but not required. A flag or longe whip if desired!

✨Join us for our Ladies Night Mini-Clinic Series!✨

⚡️August 29, September 12, and September 26 from 5-7pm at KB Arena in Cedar Hill, Tennessee.⚡️

Are you looking for an excuse to gain more time in the saddle and learn some new tricks this fall?! This Mini-Clinic Series is inclusive to all levels of riders and horses and will cover a variety of topics advancing with each session to help participants gain confidence with their horses. Riders will learn useful techniques and skills both on the ground and under saddle in a positive and encouraging atmosphere where there is zero judgement - just girls getting together to enjoy their horses! 🫶🏼🤠

‼️SPACE IS LIMITED‼️
In an effort to allow plenty of space and time for our riders to learn something new each session, you must reserve your spot ahead of time and submit a $20 deposit to lock it in! Our program is perfect for the entry level rider hoping to dip their toes into the horse world and learn western horsemanship skills in a safe and encouraging environment. We also welcome intermediate to advanced riders looking to sharpen their skills and fine tune maneuvers for the Versatility Ranch Horse events!

No horse? No problem! We have tried and true lesson horses and all tack necessary available. Haul in lessons with your own horse are available. Show opportunities are available! Travel to you lessons can be discussed around the Bowling Green areas! Ages 5-95 are welcome! Only requirements are a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. 🤠
