Dear valued clients,

I hope this message finds you and your furry companions in great health and happiness. I am writing to share some news about our grooming salon.

After careful consideration, I have decided to pass the torch of ownership to new, dedicated grooming professionals, Tommy and Kevin who are equally passionate about providing exceptional care for your pets. This was not an easy decision but was the right one for me and my family. This transition comes with the promise of maintaining the standards of service you've come to expect from us.

Rest assured, your favorite staff, Karina and Lori will continue to be an integral part of the salon, ensuring a seamless experience for both you and your beloved pets. The new owners bring fresh ideas and a love and passion for what they do.

I want to express my sincere gratitude for your trust and loyalty during this year. Your support has been nothing short of amazing.

If you have any questions or concerns during this transition, please feel free to reach out to us. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to continuing to serve you and your furry friends with the same love and care you've come to expect.

As many of you are aware, Karina’s husband has been diagnosed with an incurable brain cancer. Karina has so much on her plate, managing it all, shes a strong woman and has a ton of love and support. Please continue to keep Steve karina and the girls in your prayers as they try to navigate there new normal

K-9 Cuts has a family emergency with one of our groomers so we have been short staffed all week please be patient with us as we have to cancel some appointments and reschedule at a later time and please keep them in your prayers 🙏🏽

Dear Valued Clients,

Unfortunately, it is no longer feasible for K-9 Cuts to absorb the cost of merchant processing fees. With the amount of volume we service daily and monthly, the cost per transaction adds up leading us to this decision.

This includes all non cash transactions DEBIT, CREDIT, APPLE PAY, GOOGLE PAY & PREPAID CARDS. Any type of card will be subject to a 3.99% processing fee.

To avoid this fee we still have 2 other methods of payment, CASH & CHECK
