Hey everyone! We wanted to give a quick update regarding current order turnaround times at 6Bee 3D.

At the moment, we are running approximately 1–2 weeks behind our estimated lead time on some orders. We’ve had a few unexpected printer delays again that unfortunately put us a bit backed up. Please know we are working hard every day to get orders printed, packed, and shipped as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality.

We sincerely apologize for the delay and appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding. Anyone directly affected is being contacted individually, but if you have any questions or concerns about your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We’re always happy to help.

Starting immediatley, any invoice that is not paid in full after 14 days of us sending it to you will be deleted and you will need to submit a new order form. We do our best to remind people that their invoice is due, and trust us- I understand life happens and sometimes things get forgotten. However, for exactly that reason we need to eliminate things from our day to day and so we can no longer send several reminders to pay your invoices.

We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to continue providing beautiful tags for your goats!

Customers who ordered around the end of March to present- one of our printers is giving us some trouble and has pushed our lead time back just a bit. Please give us a 7-10 day extension on your lead time listed on your invoices. We hope once we get this printer working correctly again we can catch up quickly. We apologize for any inconvenience.

If you sent in orders yesterday or the day before, you will receive your invoice in the next day or two. Please give me a few days grace period, my work hours have increased substantially so I am having to adjust when I can sit down to get to them, but they are coming!!

Want to know what sets us apart from the rest? We are constantly taking your feedback to not only come up with new ways to make your lives easier, but also improve upon our products so that you will always be getting the best we can possibly make.

Some may note that the backs of our tags can have a texture to them or notice the print lines. Unfortunately with 3D printing, there’s limits to what we can do sometimes due to the material, the way it’s printed etc. What you may not know is that we’ve continued to try to fix that so you get a beautiful, sleek tag front and back. Well, after a long time of playing with some settings, we hope we’ve found the right combo to create that smooth effect on the back and not compromise the integrity of the print 😊. So if you have new tags and they look a little different, know that’s our way of always trying to be the absolute best we can be for you!
