We are headed home from a whirlwind week in OKC and we couldn’t have asked for a better horse show!

We had so much fun competing with these amazing horses in 7 different disciplines across all 4 rings, making new horse show friends, and watching the most beautiful horses in the country!

Big thanks to the team at home for holding down the fort so that we could come out here and focus on the show-we could not have done this without your help and dedication to our barn and horses. Thank you to for their hospitality and letting us share an aisle with them.

Carol and Siena, thank you for trusting us with your horses and riding careers-you guys have worked hard and trusted the process and it sure paid off!

Today, Siena and Mario show back in the hunter pleasure junior exhibitor 16 & 17 world championship, and then this afternoon Katie and Lola return to the western pleasure ladies world championship!

Ocho braved the wild weather this morning to take on his first ranch pattern and take reserve in the NMRHA Derby!!! Thanks to the National Morgan Reining Horse Association for the warm welcome as we ventured into a new division-we had a great time and are looking forward to the remainder of our ranch classes tomorrow!

It was a toasty Tuesday in OKC today….the weather was hot and our teams were on fire!

Carol and Lola started us off with a nice ribbon in the amateur ladies western pleasure mares, and then Siena and DD had a beautiful go in their WC hunter pleasure youth class!

Later in the evening, Mario switched gears and turned on the speed in the Road Hack hunt seat finals, where he showed off his versatility on his way to a 7th place vote in the 23 horse class!

We ended our day by meeting Lola (Bare Elegance) and Katie in the winners circle when they became Grand National Champions in the Ladies Western Pleasure Mares class! We couldn’t be more proud of this gorgeous mare! 💙

Tomorrow, most of the crew gets a well deserved rest day while Ocho and Katie try their hand at the ranch division! 🤠

Our incredible week in OKC continues….

Katie and Ocho jogged to some third place ribbons in western dressage and ended the weekend with a top 5 finish in both western and classical dressage introductory level championships!

Siena and DD had a phenomenal go in the hunter pleasure youth mares class before swapping gears to take on the sport horse under saddle, taking home a 6th place ribbon in both large classes!

Carol and Lola enjoyed a lovely ride in the western pleasure amateur mares class today-looking forward to seeing this pair continue to improve and shine in their championships!

Caitlin and Mario finished up their time in the dressage ring yesterday and were named the Reserve World Champion in intro level and the World Champion in open training level! To top it off, Mario put on his best blue steel to take home 4th amongst the sport horse in hand geldings and 7th in a huge sport horse in hand world championship!!

Last but not least, Siena took Mario for a spin in the hunter pleasure junior exhibitor 17 year olds-with only one practice ride together, this pair was on fire for a 7th place ribbon in this competitive division.

Tomorrow, the mares head back into the coliseum and Mario joins them as he switches gears to compete in the road hack hunter seat finals!

Thanks to our barn friends at home and at the show who helped us keep rolling through this very chaotic and very successful weekend!

Shout out to Kim Oplotnik and The Saddle Horse Report for these great pics

We are home and recovering from a whirlwind week at New England Morgan-and what a time we had!!

I had so much to say about last week that I had to split it into multiple captions (see all the photos for some great stories!), but first and foremost I want to thank everyone that helped with this super successful week!

Our crew at the show and at home, clients and parents that kept us fed, watered, and sane, braiders, bodywork specialists and last minute shippers-we couldn’t have done it without the best village around ❤️

360 days til NEMHS 2027….but who’s counting?! 😉
