Sometimes serving your clients means literally going the extra mile.

After losing my car keys this morning, I had two choices: cancel appointments or find another way.

The pups and their families were counting on me, so I hopped on my electric bike and got to work. Every appointment was kept, every pup was cared for, and every client received my best effort.

Success isn't about avoiding obstacles. It's about refusing to let them stop you.

11 miles 💪🏼 and I would do it again! I am going to sleep good tonight.

Today, I dropped the ball and did not fulfill a commitment to a new client. Like all mistakes, I take this very hard because I hold myself to high standards. Not only as a person, but also in the quality of care and service I provide.

I want to sincerely apologize to anyone who may have experienced less-than-stellar communication or service this past month as I have been temporarily supporting a few additional clients. I’m hopeful that as this season comes to a close in early June, there will be a much less noticeable impact moving forward.

As always, I am incredibly thankful for all of you, as well as your patience, understanding, and support.

If there is any part of a service provided during the month of May that did not meet your expectations, please do not hesitate to reach out so I can make it right. Feedback ; good or bad, is important to me, and I hope to grow from this experience and ensure it does not happen again.

Missing a commitment is not like me. Every single pup entrusted to my care is deeply important to me, and I never take that responsibility lightly. 🤍

Happy Dog Mom Day to every mama loving their babies with 4 paws, wagging tails, and unconditional love. 🐾

Being a mom comes in many forms — and sometimes your baby greets you at the door with zoomies, slobbery kisses, and a favorite toy.

Today we celebrate the late-night potty breaks, the endless tennis ball throws, the spoiled treat jars, and the hearts that love our pups like family.
