Goodbye, Itzy Bitzy Dog Co. ❤️🐾
These past few weeks have been heavy on my heart, knowing that the end was coming. I tried my best to enjoy the time I had left. I stuck to my schedule, loved on my regulars, and tried not to think too much about the fact that it was all coming to an end.
But today, it hit me like a freight train.
As I visited several of my regulars, I realized that these were officially my last visits with them as Itzy Bitzy Dog Co. And, honestly, my heart just wasn’t ready for that. 🥹
I want to take this time to express my never-ending gratitude to every single pet and pet parent who trusted me with their beloved animals.
What started with my love for dogs turned into the biggest adventure of my life, one that became so much bigger than I ever imagined.
I met incredible people. I made amazing connections with humans and dogs alike. I learned more than I ever expected to, grew in ways I never anticipated, and collected more memories, muddy paw prints, kisses, wiggles, and stories than I could ever count.
To every dog who greeted me at the door, waited for me to arrive, curled up beside me, demanded snacks, gave me kisses, or simply let me love them…
Thank you. ❤️
And to the humans who trusted me with them, thank you for trusting me with a little piece of your family. That trust meant more to me than you will ever know.
While today is goodbye to Itzy Bitzy Dog Co. and all of our wonderful clients, this isn't goodbye to me.
It's simply the beginning of my next adventure and the next chapter of my life. ❤️
I still plan to channel my completely unreasonable obsession with dogs into my other passion project, That’s Sew Itzy, with a special focus on dog fashion! 🐶✂️🧵
